Project Overview

Domizil is a high class apartment complex fulfilling every dream of modern inner city living. The apartments are built by the highest standards with modular elements so clients can customize their space of living. Every aspect of comfortable living has been thought of: from a car elevator to a fitness room, it's all there. But most importantly the apartments are very comfortable while having a modern interior design and being located in the most inner city area.
I created the brochure to show all this comfort and modernity and also allow potential clients an insight into the look and feel before they even entered the building.

I created the brochure to show all this comfort and modernity and also allow potential clients an insight into the look and feel before they even entered the building.

Editorial design

Starting with floor plans and architectural visualizations I created a branding concept for Domizil. I also helped to find the right name for this project. Since there was already a font in use by the architects which actually fitted the project quite well, I decided to stick with that and build a typographical system to use in the editorial design and in adverts and other promotional material.

There also had been a main color in use which could be refined and determined as the main color for the whole project and the editorial design.

Illustrating maps and interiors

One of the biggest tasks was to illustrate the information of the building project. Showing the location and the situation in the neighborhood could be one of the main reasons for a buying decision of real estate clients.

Going into detail

Maybe the most important part of the brochure were the illustrated floor plans showing the interior of every apartment in the building. Details like the exact location within the building, direction of light and a possible interior composition were shown to give potential clients an idea as detailed as possible.

Interior visualization

To top off the presentation of the apartments I created some high class 3d interior visualizations to give clients a picture of how their apartment could look like.
